Scion operates over 6,300 beds of student-focused residences at eight campuses, specializing in upscale properties with a commitment to positive residence life.

The new ownership has added over $2 million in improvements to ensure ONE offers a quality experience at a great value. The ONE management team is local, experienced and focused on customer service. Multiple staff members live on-site and can respond 24x7 in an emergency.
